Randy Egenbacher, CCIM is the founder of Egenbacher Commercial Properties, Egenbacher Healthcare Properties, Egenbacher Development Group and Egenbacher Property Management. With more than 40 years of experience and expertise, he has cultivated an extensive portfolio in real estate acquisition, disposition, litigation, concept design, construction and development. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Egenbacher served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Furr’s/Bishop’s Inc, a national restaurant chain that were publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Egenbacher attended Texas Tech University’s School of Business and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member recognition, a certification achieved by an esteemed few in the commercial and investment real estate industry.

Beau Williams

Beau Williams is the Managing Director at Egenbacher Healthcare Properties, specializing in acquisitions and investment sales of healthcare real estate nationwide. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Williams worked in Washington D.C. in the United States Senate, serving as a member of Senator Rand Paul’s communications team. Following, Mr. Williams joined a national commercial real estate development firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked in property analysis, leasing, and new deal acquisition. Mr. Williams graduated from the University of Oklahoma and holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and international and area studies.

A graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, Spencer studied Business Management and Commercial Real Estate. He is known for his market-driven approach, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients achieve optimal outcomes.

Mark Scioli, Jr

Mark is a native Lubbockite and proud Texas Tech alumnus with a strong background in operations management, having held leadership roles with both the railroad and Amazon. After time living and working in San Antonio, Mark returned to Lubbock in 2023 with his wife, Abby, and their two children, Ivy and Wills, where he focuses on commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Mark leverages his operational experience to provide strategic problem-solving and deliver tailored real estate solutions. He takes a client-focused approach, working to understand each client’s needs and connecting businesses with the right spaces that align with their operational and growth goals. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing, activities that strengthen his connection to the Lubbock community.
